Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using MegaPlays you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
MegaPlays is a directory and embed host. We link to and embed HTML5 games built and owned by third-party developers. We do not create those games and we do not claim ownership of them, their artwork, or their trademarks.
3. Licence to use the site
You may browse the site and play the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not scrape the site at volume, republish our editorial content, or attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.
4. Game availability
Games can be withdrawn or changed by their developers without notice. We test entries before listing them, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party game will always load, stay free, or remain free of ads.
5. Advertising
Games contain advertising served by their developers or their partners. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for the products they promote. Do not click ads you are not genuinely interested in.
6. Cookies
Our own use of cookies is minimal and described in the privacy policy. Embedded games and their advertising partners set their own cookies inside the game frame.
7. Editorial content
Guides and articles are written by our editorial team and reflect our honest opinion at the time of publication. We correct factual errors when they are reported through the contact page.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from third-party games.
9. Copyright complaints
If you own rights to a game listed here and want it removed, contact us with the game name and proof of ownership. We remove infringing listings promptly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
