Privacy policy

What we collect (very little), what third parties collect when you play an embedded game, and how to control it.

1. Who we are

MegaPlays (megaplayzone.pages.dev) is a free browser gaming site. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Information we collect

  • Server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page and timestamps — to keep the site online and secure.
  • Nothing else by default. There is no sign-up form, no comment system and no newsletter, so we hold no profile about you.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use a minimal amount of browser storage: your nav menu state and similar interface preferences. Games embedded from partner studios may set their own cookies or local storage to save progress or settings. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

4. Third-party games and advertising

Games in our library are embedded from third-party providers, mainly Playgama. When you play one, that provider's own privacy policy applies to the data it collects inside the game frame, including advertising identifiers. Advertising networks used inside embedded games may use cookies to serve relevant ads. We do not control those cookies; use your browser's ad settings or an ad blocker if you prefer to limit them.

5. Analytics

If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it will be aggregate-only: page views and referrers, with no cross-site tracking and no advertising profiles. Any future analytics tool will be listed in this section before it goes live.

6. Children

MegaPlays is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Some embedded games contain advertising; parents may prefer to supervise play.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no account data, most requests are simple: clearing your browser storage removes everything we might have stored locally. If you believe we hold other data about you (for example in server logs), use the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where relevant, note the change on the homepage.
