What gets a fast reply

• A correction. Tell us the page and the sentence, and what it should say. We fix it and update the date.
• A game suggestion. Send the game name and link. We test everything suggested, though we only list what passes our criteria.
• A broken game. Send the game name and what happens (blank frame, endless loading, wrong orientation). We re-test and pull it if it cannot be fixed.
• A copyright notice. Include the game name and your relationship to the rights holder; removals are actioned promptly.

What we cannot help with

• Game progress, purchases or account issues inside a third-party game — those are handled by that game's developer.
• Advertised products or offers shown inside a game frame.
• Requests to publish content in exchange for a fee. We do not sell placements.
